SALE CONDITIONS
All bookings are not transferable and can not be sold or rented. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians. Reservations can be made by fax, email or telephone, but must be confirmed in writing (signed contract with deposit) in 5 days, after which time the option will be canceled without notice. Upon receipt of your booking and deposit (25 € booking fees are not deductible and non-refundable cancellation insurance), we will send according to availability, a booking confirmation.
PITCHES: 14 pm arrival - departure 12 pm any parcel not released at 12 am will be automatically invoiced for an additional night. The balance of your stay is payable locally on arrival.
RENTALS: Arrival: 16 am - 19 pm Please come to reception with the invoice. Any late arrivals must imperatively be reported before 18 am so that we can arrange your arrival at the site. Departures are between 8 and 10 h 30 h After this time an extra day will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, dates booked will be payable in full, the fees attached to them also. For rentals, the balance of your stay is due 30 days prior to arrival In the absence of payment within this period, your reservation will automatically be canceled. When sending your balance, thank you for sending two checks for deposit, a € 150 and € 50 and a stamped addressed envelope. After verification by us upon departure we will judge the cleanliness of the rental. If it is satisfactory, both checks will be returned in the envelope provided for that purpose. Otherwise, cashing the check for 50 € if cleanliness is unsatisfactory and returning the check of 150 €
Please bring your own sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases. Rentals and locations are kept until 11 am the day after the date of arrival, after that time without news from you, they cease to be retained.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event of cancellation there will be retained to you or will remain due: Expenses of reservation and as allowance of breach of contract: an amount equal to 20% of the total costs of your stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the date envisaged of your arrival. All cancellations must be made by registered letter with receipt. CANCELLATION INSURANCE is included in your lease: before departure, if one of the following occur: serious illness or serious accident or death to yourself or your spouse one of your ancestors or descendants, sons-or daughters; death of a brother, sister, brother-in-law of a sister property damage to your property and requiring your presence, redundancy, accident or theft of your vehicle / caravan or occurring on the way (live) to get to the place of residence, obtaining after the date of booking the rental of a permanent contract.
RULES
The campers must respect the rules of the campsite and one of piscines.Le campsite is not responsible for damage or deterioration that may occur to the personal property of the campers. Movement: the speed limit is 10 km / h. The gates are closed between 23 pm and 7 am, all traffic is prohibited during this period. The campsite Domaine de Léveno "reserves the right to use any photographs which you may appear to its publications. Wearing a bracelet club (at your arrival) is REQUIRED permanently until the end of your stay. It provides access to entertainment, swimming pools and helps to strengthen security in the institution.
